Karan Aujla Tells Goa to Save Its Energy: What His HOME Festival Set Means
Some announcements are logistics. Others are tone. Karan Aujla's, posted on 2 November, was the second kind.
"GOA, SAVED SOME ENERGY FOR THE END OF THE YEAR? YOU'LL NEED IT."
The capital letters are doing work. They are less a poster than a dare.

The facts beneath the swagger
Festival: HOME Festival, in its first edition
Dates: 29 and 30 December 2026, 1pm to 10pm each day
Venue: Vagator Hills, Goa
Co-headliner: Arijit Singh
Also on the bill: a line-up of more than 30 Indian acts, including Jasleen Royal, DJ Chetas, KING, Banjaare, Tech Panda & Kenzani and others
Organiser: Team Innovation, backed by Goa Tourism
Day-wise slots: not yet announced
Reports describe this as Aujla's first ticketed concert in Goa. For an artist whose P-Pop Culture tour has taken him through stadiums and arenas across several continents, that is a curious gap, and HOME is now filling it.

General access: ₹6,999
VIP: ₹9,999
HSBC Starstruck Lounge: ₹49,999
Group hospitality packages run into lakhs
Day passes are expected later.
A reading
There is a phrase in Punjabi, chardi kala, for a kind of rising, resilient high spirit. Aujla's music has always sold something close to it: confidence as a mood rather than a boast. Placing that mood on a Goa hillside in the dead week between Christmas and New Year is shrewd programming. The crowd will arrive tired of the year. Aujla's job is to make them forget it.
We covered the festival when it was first announced in our HOME Festival Goa guide. And if one Aujla date is not enough, he is also on the bill for Shah Rukh Khan's UNIFYD in Abu Dhabi in March.
