What "Forever" has to resolve
No spoilers for the finale (it isn't out yet!), but if you're caught up on episode 7, the big open threads are obvious:
The Client's plan and what he actually wants from Vision
The contract Vision signed, and whether it can be broken
Ultron's endgame, now that he's loose and knows more than he's saying
Tommy, and whether this story ends with a family or another loss
Need a refresher? Our VisionQuest episode 7 breakdown and ending explained goes through every big moment.
Why this finale matters
This is the end of the trilogy that started with WandaVision and continued through Agatha All Along. VisionQuest has been sitting at 91% on Rotten Tomatoes, between its two predecessors. Whatever happens on Wednesday morning, it's the final word on the Vision that Wanda's grief brought back. That's a lot to land in one episode.
My prediction? Somebody's going to cry. Possibly me. Definitely Paul Bettany's fans.
