Thampi was approached by the casting team for Lust Stories 3, marking a major milestone in her career. The successful anthology franchise returns to explore the complexities of love, desire, intimacy, and human relationships through four distinct stories.  

For her debut segment, Thampi is directed by Laapataa Ladies filmmaker Kiran Rao and shares the screen with actor Gurfateh Pirzada. The broader anthology features a massive ensemble cast of critically acclaimed actors, bringing Thampi into a shared cinematic space with Radhika Apte, Vijay Varma, Konkona Sen Sharma, Abhishek Banerjee, Siddharth, Aditi Rao Hydari, Ali Fazal, and Radhika Madan.
