Get ready for a monumental night celebrating the magic of cinema and storytelling. Presented by Imperial Motion Pictures, the Ardeshir Irani International Film Festival Awards (AIIFFA) 2026 is making its landmark debut in India. Named in honor of the legendary pioneer known as "The Father of Indian Cinema Talkies"—the visionary behind India’s first sound film—this high-profile global event will bring together filmmakers, artists, and entertainment icons under one roof.

Here at AltBollywood, we are thrilled to step in as the official Media Partners for this historic celebration, bringing you front-row coverage, exclusive highlights, and all the glitter from the red carpet.

Honoring Excellence: The Legacy of Bosco-Caesar

A major highlight of this year's inaugural Indian ceremony includes celebrating the industry heavyweights who have shaped the rhythm, style, and visual language of modern Indian cinema. The festival is proud to present the prestigious Best Choreographer Duo Award to the legendary creative powerhouse Bosco Martis & Caesar Gonsalves. Starting out as backup dancers in the early 1990s under masters like Farah Khan, Bosco and Caesar carved out a revolutionary path to become India's premier choreography duo. Over a stellar career spanning roughly 75 films and more than 200 songs across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and other regional industries, they have transformed how India dances on screen. From unforgettable chartbusters like "Señorita" from Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (which earned them a National Film Award) and "Zoobi Doobi" from 3 Idiots to high-energy anthems like "Kala Chashma" and "Ghungroo", Bosco-Caesar have redefined cool and synchronized movement in contemporary pop culture. Beyond the silver screen, they continue to mentor the next generation through their international dance academies and television platforms, making this recognition at AIIFFA 2026 a fitting tribute to their enduring legacy.
