- Can Music Make Your Food Spicier? 7UP & Spotify Think So And They’ve Got Anirudh to Prove It
Ever had a mouthful of spicy biryani and instinctively cranked up the beats? Turns out, that might not just be a vibe—it could be science. 7UP, Spotify, and Anirudh Ravichander are betting big on the idea that music can actually intensify spice, and they’ve dropped the “7UP SpiceIt Playlist” to test it out. The Idea—A Playlist That Packs Heat The whole thing is based on Charles Spence’s research, which suggests that certain high-pitched frequencies can make food taste spicier. So, 7UP cooked up (pun intended) a campaign where they combine curated tracks with their signature “super-duper refresher” to create a sensory marketing moment. The concept? You take a bite of fiery Andhra chicken, press play on the playlist, and boom—flavor explosion. And of course, what’s the next step? Reaching for a 7UP to cool down. Smart, right? The Two Sides—Genius or Gimmick? Why This Works ✅ Psychological Marketing – Brands love hacking human perception. If music can trick your brain into thinking spice levels are higher, 7UP becomes a “must-have” sidekick. ✅ Built for Digital Culture – A Spotify collab means seamless discoverability, and 7UP’s “Scan & Listen” tech makes it effortless. This isn’t just an ad—it’s an experience. ✅ Anirudh Factor – Bringing in a hitmaker like Anirudh Ravichander and backing it with legit research adds credibility, especially with a younger, music-obsessed audience. Why This Might Flop ❌ Not Everyone’s Into Spice – Some people avoid spice like it's an unpaid electricity bill. If you don’t like spicy food, this won’t hit the same. ❌ Might Feel Too Gimmicky – “Music makes your food spicier” sounds cool, but is it actually a game-changer or just a marketing flex? ❌ Branded Playlist Fatigue – In a world where every brand is dropping playlists, this could easily get lost unless it truly slaps. Final Take—Marketing Gold or Flavor Flop? As someone who lives at the intersection of media, AI, and brand storytelling, I see the potential here. It’s interactive, it’s fun, and it’s got the right mix of science, celebrity, and digital culture to spark curiosity. Will it actually make your tongue feel like it’s on fire? Maybe. But at the very least, it’s one hell of a marketing stunt. So, what do you think? Is this campaign straight-up genius or just another branded playlist we’ll forget in a week? Hit me up.

- Janhvi Kapoor’s Ramp Walk: The Cringe That Broke the Internet (And Made Us All Click)!
Picture this: It’s a typical Monday, and Janhvi Kapoor struts down the runway at Lakmé Fashion Week. Sounds like a regular day in showbiz, right? Wrong! The internet exploded, and not in a good way. People are out here calling her walk “cringe,” “undeserving,” and even accusing her of stealing the spotlight from the actual models. But guess what? All this drama racked up a whopping 1.3 million views on our platform. Talk about a viral moment! The Great Divide: Love Her or Hate Her? So, what’s the deal? Some folks think Janhvi’s walk was a total flop, while her fans are like, “She’s a star—get over it!” But here’s the kicker: cringe doesn’t just spark hate; it ignites viral engagement. Why? Because people are drawn to extremes! The more awkward or outrageous something is, the more they want to click, comment, and share. Cringe: The Secret Sauce of Viral Fame Let’s break it down. Cringe triggers that delicious mix of fascination and secondhand embarrassment—like watching your friend trip while trying to impress someone. It’s a potent combo that social media algorithms just can’t resist. The stronger the reaction, the more shares it gets. So, that so-called disaster on the runway? It’s basically marketing gold. Emotional Rollercoaster: Cringe content sticks in your mind longer than your ex’s last text. It gets you feeling all sorts of ways—awkwardness mixed with laughter. Benign Violation Theory: This fancy term explains why we find awkward moments entertaining. Janhvi’s walk might have felt off in the high-fashion world, but it wasn’t harmful enough to make us click away. Relatable Vibes: Let’s be real—everyone has had their cringe moments. In a world full of perfectly curated feeds, a little awkwardness feels refreshingly human. Engagement Frenzy: Controversial moments spark debates that keep people talking and sharing. Your comments are basically fuel for this hype machine! Cringe = Marketing Magic Marketers know that cringe is like catnip for virality. Whether it’s planned or just a happy accident, cringe content creates buzz that can take you from zero to 100 real quick. The Viral Equation: Awkwardness + Outrage = Shares! People love to share stuff that makes them feel something—even if it’s just secondhand embarrassment. Drama Gets Noticed: Social media algorithms are like “give me all the drama!” Posts with high engagement rates get pushed to wider audiences—so bring on the cringe! Debate Fuel: Cringe moments spark conversations that keep brands (or celebs) trending longer than traditional marketing ever could. The Janhvi Effect: Feeding the Hype Machine Whether you’re #TeamModel or #TeamJanhvi, your clicks and comments are feeding this hype machine! With 1.3 million views (and counting), this runway moment has turned into a marketing win. It shows that love it or hate it, cringe content is what keeps us glued to our screens. But here’s the tea: while cringe can drive virality, it also comes with risks. Negative vibes can hurt reputations if not handled right. Celebs and brands need to navigate this cringe territory carefully. Final Thoughts: Embrace the Cringe! Janhvi Kapoor’s ramp walk isn’t just another internet drama; it’s a masterclass in how cringe can be both a magnet for engagement and a lightning rod for controversy. Whether intentional or not, her appearance has sparked debates that keep audiences buzzing. In 2025’s fast-paced digital world, where attention spans are shorter than your last relationship, cringe isn’t just an emotion—it’s a strategy! So next time you find yourself cringing at something online, remember: you’re part of the algorithmic game keeping us all clicking. Whether you love it or hate it, cringe is here to stay—and it’s changing the game for what going viral really means!

- Fashion, Conversations, and Couture: The Raymond Chairman's Collection Unveiled
20th March, Thursday evening, was nothing short of spectacular at the Raymond Chairman’s Collection event, where fashion, culture, and intriguing conversations converged. Thanks to an evening curated and conceptualised by luxury Consultant and celebrity author Nisha JamVwal, I had the honor of attending and mingling with some remarkable individuals, including the distinguished Chairman Gautam Singhania himself - after whom the new collection is named- where she graciously invited me. Introduced by Luxury Consultant Nisha JamVwal as an AI wizard to the Chairman himself, meeting Gautam Singhania was indeed an extraordinary experience for me. His sharp eye quickly discerned the tailoring imperfections in my suit—a subtle reminder of Raymond’s legendary craftsmanship. Our conversation soon took an engaging turn as I mentioned the name of my old hedge fund boss from London Jewish Iranian Billionaire - Vincent Tchenguiz, capturing Singhania’s attention immediately. He spoke of his friendship with both Tchenguiz Brothers Robbie and Vino with such warmth as his eyes lit up. Singhania, ever charismatic, humorously quipped, “There can never be a technology” he said “that predicts how wives will behave,” gently nodding to a media controversy earlier that day involving his estranged wife’s official booting out from his company. Despite personal and professional turbulence, Singhania carries himself with admirable elegance, reflecting a refined taste that remains unwavering amidst life’s ups and downs. Mr Suman was quick to pick up the conversation with a joke that cracked us up. As a multitasking architect, Nisha JamVwal, along with the Raymond team, created an art gallery installation-like atmosphere. With displays, story boards, mannequins, sketches and swatches, to involve her friends in the experience of creation. With JamVwals' overriding role in crafting the evening as an immersive experience of art, couture, architecture & all disciplines into an unforgettable experience. It took JamVwal three weeks of night and day creation and planning with Raymond's head designer, Nameet Srivastava, to craft the outfit for her so that she could be part of the installation herself. JamVwal brought together just the exact right people of which 250 guests thronged the venue in an unprecedented medley of politicians, like Hon Minister MLA Adv Aashish Shelar, artists (Sandeep Soparkar, & Riyaz Komu founder of the Kochi Biennale ), IAS top honchos Amitabh Singh, Atul Jhamb, Milind Hardas, top cops Krishna Prakash, stars and actors Neil Nitin Mukesh, Zayed Khan, Jackie Shroff, Shekhar Suman, Anu Malik, Taher Abbas, Tarun Khanna, Amit Saad, orators, sustainablity environmentalists, professors from TIFR, and wellness gurus like Dr Mickey Mehta to create a medley of Mumbais colourful mix. The Members from the Raymond Limited organisation took the guests on a walkthrough of the collection themselves, making the whole experience super personalised for each guest. Each piece is truly a work of art showcased by the ever so talented and skilful Nisha JamVwal. The evening was peppered with stimulating exchanges. Shekhar Suman, known for his wit and charm, effortlessly entertained both Singhania and me, sharing ideas on integrating AI into his future projects—a fascinating dialogue I’m eager to continue. Meeting legendary Ad Man Prahlad Kakkar was another highlight; our mutual admiration for my old friend Goldwyn Fonseca, a protégé of the legend himself, and Goldwyn’s DOP brother Sylvester’s impactful work in the Vicky Kaushal, Abhishek Bachchan and Tapsee Pannu starter “Manmarziyaan” directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap sparked lively discussions. Conversations flowed effortlessly with talented actors Manish and Sangeeta, adding to the evening’s charm. A standout moment was my encounter with an intriguing influencer; our exchange humorously underscored Bandra’s rise as Mumbai’s cultural epicenter, overtaking traditional bastions like South Mumbai. Observing these shifting cultural dynamics was as fascinating as the event itself. Turning attention to Raymond’s Chairman’s Collection—simply outstanding. With vibrant colors, intricate embroidery, exquisite zardozi, and beadwork, each piece was a statement in elegance and craftsmanship. Surprisingly affordable, this collection deserves much greater recognition for making sophisticated fashion accessible. As JamVwal stated in her very charismatic chat with Singhania, it’s a game changer and will be one brand that will take India to the world instead of indians patronising international brands with such obsequious eagerness. Amidst delectable food and flowing Veuve Clicquot, the evening was impeccably orchestrated by Nisha JamVwal. I could see her hand in the menu with some perennial favourites that guests savoured. Her ability to curate immersive experiences beyond her royal affiliations is commendable, showcasing art, culture, and design through her unique lens. It was a night of fascinating dialogues, new acquaintances, and fashion at its finest. Events like these solidify my belief in Mumbai’s resurgent prominence on the geopolitical stage and leave me eagerly awaiting the next cultural soirée. It truly was a night Mumbai will remember for a long time to come! Other notable attendees included legends like Amtura Fadnavis, Ravi Shastri and more. B-Town Celebs such as Tanuj Garg, Madhur Bhandarkar, Chunky Pandey, and Anmol Malik also graced the event along with dignitaries like Sanjay Bhatia. However, as always, my heart was stolen yet again by my lovely Shashi Bansal, the mum of Nisha JamVwal.
- Croissant? Nah, It’s Prashant Now—Britannia Just Pulled Off a Marketing Masterstroke
In the ever-chaotic, meme-fueled world of brand marketing, we’ve seen our fair share of quirky stunts. But Britannia just redefined the game, all thanks to a simple yet chef’s kiss level of mispronunciation. How It Started: A ₹3 Lakh Flex & A Viral Oopsie Flashback to last year—Britannia pulled off a slick PR move by offering a ₹3 lakh Croissant Internship (yep, getting paid to pronounce “croissant” correctly). The internet ate it up, and it was a moment. Cut to 2024, and an Instagram creator (bless his soul) casually butchers the word, calling it “Prashant” instead. Internet? Instantly hooked. 16 million views later, “Prashant” wasn’t just a mistake; it was a movement. Britannia Enters the Chat Brands usually sit back and watch these moments unfold—but not Britannia. They saw the viral wave and decided to surf it like a pro: ✅ Changed their social media handle to Britannia.Prashant ✅ Revamped packaging to match the meme (because why not?) ✅ Dropped the tagline “Prashant, naam to suna hi hoga” (SRK would be proud) Swiggy a whole bunch of brands jumped in, because FOMO is real. And the internet? Oh, they’re calling it “Prashant” for life now. Wait, There’s More: The Biscuit Math Challenge Britannia wasn’t done flexing. In stunt #2, they teamed up with NV Sir from Motion Kota (yes, the viral physics tutor) and asked fans to measure the inner circle of their biscuits. The prize? A ₹10 lakh cash reward. Because, obviously, nothing makes you want a biscuit more than trigonometry. Marketing Gold: When Virality Meets Genius This whole thing? A masterclass in moment marketing. It’s the same strategy that made: • Lay’s Magic Masala’s ‘comeback’ feel like a K-drama reunion • Bingo’s absurd meme ads impossible to ignore These brands aren’t just reacting to viral trends—they’re becoming the trend. Croissant? Prashant? Who Cares—Britannia Just Won the Internet At this point, it doesn’t matter what you call it. “Prashant” is now part of pop culture, and Britannia just turned a one-word slip-up into a marketing meltdown of epic proportions. Now, who’s up for some Prashant and chai?
- Experience the Future of Bollywood: Join Me in Exploring NAISHA, the First AI-Powered Love Story!
The world of cinema is on the brink of an exciting transformation with the upcoming release of NAISHA , Bollywood's first love story powered by artificial intelligence! This groundbreaking film combines technology and human emotion in ways we have never seen before. I can hardly wait to discover how this blend of genres will change our cinematic experience. Let’s explore what makes NAISHA stand out, the technology that fuels it, and how it paves the way for a new era in Bollywood. The Concept: A Love Story for the Digital Age At the heart of NAISHA is a love story designed to resonate with audiences of all ages. The film tackles the universal theme of love with a unique twist: the characters and their journeys are crafted using advanced AI algorithms. Unlike traditional storytelling, AI helps in creating rich character arcs and dialogues based not only on the script but also on audience preferences. Picture this: a romantic film where emotional responses are analyzed and articulated by a machine. This could lead to narratives that feel tailor-made for viewers. For example, AI might identify that 80% of audiences prefer a particular type of romantic dialogue, thereby adjusting the script to enhance emotional engagement. This personalization might change how we experience romantic storytelling in Bollywood forever. The Technology Behind NAISHA The technology fueling NAISHA is truly fascinating. Employing natural language processing, machine learning, and data analytics, AI predicts audience reactions and shapes scenes that resonate emotionally. For instance, AI analyzes data from over 100 popular romantic films to determine what themes and plotlines captivate audiences. By examining emotional cues and viewer patterns, it ensures that every scene is impactful. The final product promises a cinematic experience that merges technology with storytelling artistry, which could attract a wider audience and potentially increase viewership by 25%. A glimpse of the advanced technology used in NAISHA's production. A New Era for Bollywood NAISHA marks a significant shift in Bollywood filmmaking. The traditional processes of scriptwriting are often time-consuming, relying heavily on human intuition. With AI integration, filmmakers can streamline their workflows, allowing for more time to focus on creative elements and direction. This does not mean the human touch will be compromised. Instead, it enhances collaboration. For instance, directors can work alongside AI to brainstorm innovative storylines, possibly introducing themes that are reflective of contemporary society and resonate with younger audiences. Audience Engagement Like Never Before In today's entertainment world, viewer engagement is crucial. NAISHA takes this to new heights by offering real-time interaction through a mobile app. Audiences will have the opportunity to influence certain plot points by casting votes on dialogue or key moments in the story. This kind of interactivity builds a unique connection between viewers and the film. Imagine if 70% of viewers voted to change a big scene—this collective decision-making could create a thrilling cinematic experience that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats. The Significance of AI in Filmmaking The use of AI in Bollywood opens up important discussions about the future of content creation. It raises critical questions: Will AI replace human creativity, or will it enhance it? NAISHA emphasizes cooperation over replacement. While AI serves as a powerful tool, the human creators remain central to the narrative's development. This fusion of human insight and machine learning could usher in a new age of storytelling, potentially leading to a boost in box office revenues by as much as 30% due to more engaging and relevant content.
